On-site factory audit US$299 per day in Guangdong, local transport included From US$399 per day outside Guangdong, travel included A visit to the factory to verify the points you select below, with a photo report. Supplier verification without a visit US$99 Business registration, business scope and ownership, and whether the supplier is a manufacturer or a trading company, checked against official records.

Extra days for large or multi-site factories are charged at the same daily rate.
The final price is confirmed after we review your request.
Cancellation: cancel 3 or more days before the audit date for a full refund; within the 3 days before the audit date, 20% of the amount paid is deducted and the rest is refunded; no cancellation or refund on or after the audit day.

Why audit the factory before sending the payment?

Because a deposit is hard to recover once it has been sent. Checking before you pay confirms that you are dealing with a real factory able to make your product, not an intermediary or a supplier whose details do not match reality.

You confirm that the factory’s legal name and registration number match the contract, the invoice and the bank account.
You check its ability to make your product: production lines, capacity and quality system.
You spot warning signs early, such as expired certificates or inconsistent information.
You decide on the payment based on a written report, not verbal promises.
